Tula was born of a vision and passion to create a unique dining experience.  Tula was created by European restaurateurs combining the artistry of Mediterranean flavors and styles then adding modern American innovations of comfort, quality embraced in a casual elegance.

Starting with classic mosaic tiles styled from south of Spain, fabrics from France and Italy and the colors and spices of Northern Africa, owners Gus and Naji Sleiman have created a warm, charming and exciting space. They then added innovative dishes and carefully combined them with a healthy variety of fresh, organic ingredients, accompanied with finely crafted wines from Europe, California and South America using an undying attention to detail and value.

All together, we are proud to say we have created a wonderful, comfortable and exciting dining experience right in the heart of New Brunswick’s Bohemian West End.
